GR8schreunion2008
Hi Schreunionees: Many, many thanks to my DARLING, talented, computer-literate daughter, Malia, for setting up the Schryver Family Reunion blog. This is only the second time I have posted something on a blog, so bear with me. Here goes...
Since Schreunion2006, there have been a few changes that could just possibly affect GR8Schreunion2008.
1. Will "Mr. Wonderful" Torrone, age 11 months, will be running around looking for playmates. Any takers?
2. Burt and Sarah Mills will not be able to attend GR8Schreunion2008 because their daughter, Julie Jeanette (Jojo), is due to be born in mid-August.
3. Greg Keckler will be performing at the Grand Ole Opry during reunion week so he is going to be a no-show.
4. Sophie Potter is going to be performing a violin solo in the Sunriver Amphitheater. Tickets go on sale June 1st. BUY YOURS NOW!!!!
5. Henry Potter is going to France immediately after the reunion to study painting with one the "new" European masters.
6. Rachel Skevington and Caitlin Suttich will be blitzing into Sunriver after spending a lively summer schlepping swimsuits in The Big Apple and The Hamptons.
7. Taylor and Jay Mills will be hosting Martini Madness on Monday evening, July 28th.
8. Malia Mills and her German movie star boyfriend, Christian, will star in the Schryver Family Players' rendition of Christian's original screenplay entitled, "What in the WORLD was I thinking?"
That's all I know FOR SURE.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in a couple of months.

The newest member of the family invites you to blog!
Hi guys...My mom and I were thinking that a Schryver family blog would be a fun way for us to stay in touch between reunions and a good way for my Lulu (Betsy) to keep everyone up to date on reunion plans. We haven't done this before so it may take some ironing out but let's give it a go. If you would like to post something just email my mom and she will give you the login info so that you can go on and post pics, funny stories, etc. from your everyday life that we all miss out on being so far apart! Can't wait to meet all of you!

Sorry you missed the party in Tacoma...
Hi Schryver Family!
We geared up for the reunion last weekend with a rockin' 81st birthday party for Tutu. It was 80 degrees and she chose bbq'd lamb, roasted potatoes, gingered carrots, salad and get this...pumpkin pie for dessert. Needless to say it was not what we had all been craving but it was of course delicious once we got out of the boiling hot house :) Peter and Sue won the contest for best gifts. Sue for the DIVA sweatshirt and Peter and Mary with the email machine and get this...a new Kermit watch (exactly like the original). Here are some pics to let you in on the action!
